Louise P. Griffith, CLA

Louise P. Griffith is a graduate of South Piedmont Community College with a degree in Paralegal Studies and Certification in Legal Office Systems. She extended her legal knowledge by attending Central Piedmont Community College, where she majored in the areas of Business and Corporate Law and Business Management. Louise is a Notary Public for South Carolina and North Carolina.

In 2007, Louise became a Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) through the National Association of Legal Assistants. To achieve this status, she passed a two day nationwide examination, similar to the Bar Exam for attorneys, that tested her knowledge on a variety of subjects ranging from client relations to legal research to substantive law. There are approximately 15,000 CLAs in the United States.

Louise has been employed as Julia Khaled’s Paralegal since 2005. Louise works closely with Julia to meet all of our clients’ needs. In addition to preparing drafts of all legal documents, petitions and tax forms, Louise is responsible for oversight of the Firm’s accounting department.

Louise was born in Charleston, South Carolina and raised in Matthews, North Carolina. She currently lives in Lancaster, South Carolina with her husband, Michael Griffith. She is the mother of two sons James M. Johnson and Jason O. Johnson. Louise enjoys reading and motorcycling.
